Today is our blogiversary! We’ve made it a whole year on this little piece of the internet. So in honor of this momentous day, we thought we’d share some tidbits about twothirtyate. Over the last year, we’ve had 8,425 (and counting) views on 113 posts. Additionally, we had 183 comments and had posts in 33 categories.
Most of you get here by clicking on a link posted on Facebook. The most popular search term that direct people to our blog is “soup salad and breadsticks.” Apparently there are lots of Olive Garden fans out there– zuppa toscana is our second most popular recipe of the year.
And now, the other top recipes from the last year (based on page views):
Coming in at number five: blue cheese and broccoli pasta.
Bronze medal: quinoa salad
And first place goes to Jessica’s mom’s stromboli!
Finally, some of my goals for this little blog of ours for the next year:
- Take better photographs. (Learn to use my DSLR camera.)
- Offer up more of a variety of recipes: different cuisines, techniques, etc.
- Re-design the look of the blog.
- Come up with original recipes.
- Gain more readers!
And of course we want to give a shout out to you, our lovely readers! Thanks for reading our blog, trying our recipes, and giving us an endless amount of encouragement and ideas. We truly value each and every one of you and want to say THANK YOU!
Check back this afternoon for Jessica’s recipe for the cake shown in the first picture of this post! Also, won’t you please leave a comment letting us know what you would like to see (more of) on this blog over the next year? Pretty please?!
